Vantis Health LLC is unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products or services purchased directly from Vantis Health LLC (online or over the phone) during this liquidation period. All purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

  • No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds: All sales made during this period are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please ensure you review your order carefully before making a purchase.
  • No Return Labels Provided: As all sales are final, return labels will not be issued for any orders, domestic or international.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY RESTRICTIONS (Applicable to orders originating outside of the USA)

  • As all sales are final, Vantis Health LLC will not provide return slips or accept any returns from international locations.
