Hemp oil and other hemp-derived products are becoming more popular than ever with people all across the world seeking its potential benefits. With this popularity has come the rise of CBD hemp flower, or hemp that has been cultivated with high percentages of cannabidiol. Sugar and Kush CBD products for sale do not include delivery methods that utilize the lungs. We are focused on healthy CBD oils, low-sugar CBD gummy bears and CBD topicals like CBD bath bombs.
Though hemp has been widely accepted and utilized for thousands of years, the actual cultivation of the crop was legalized only recently. Two years ago, the United States passed the 2018 Farm Bill which legalized the cultivation of hemp for farmers across the country. However, this bill came with strict regulations, meaning not just anybody is able to grow their own hemp.
The biggest stipulation that comes with farmers growing hemp is the cannabinoid percentages that the plants contain. The cannabis variety is labeled “hemp” when its levels of tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, stay at 0.3% or lower. This is because THC has psychoactive properties that can produce mind-altering effects for those who consume it. Thus, if a hemp plant is grown containing more than this minuscule amount of THC, it is technically considered marijuana and is no longer legal by law. Sugar and Kush uses a pure CBD isolate and our products come with no THC and a certificate of analysis proving it.
Though these regulations are slightly confusing and undoubtedly difficult to follow, the legalization, in general, has allowed for a huge rise in popularity of CBD hemp flowers.
Now, people across the country are trying hemp CBD flower over traditional marijuana to give their bodies relief without intoxicating effects, whether it be through smoking, topicals, or tinctures. There is significant speculation surrounding CBD and its medicinal properties, with many inappropriately believing that it has the power to cure a variety of health issues. However, this is still being researched by the scientific community.
It is very important to note that current research towards CBD and its effects are limited. Most of our information comes from animal studies, and we haven’t been able to record proper long-term effects. However, research does suggest that cannabidiol, or CBD, may be helpful on top of our regular treatment regimens for various different ailments and illnesses. Because of this reason, more and more people every day are deciding to enjoy CBD hemp flower when their medications just don’t do the trick.
The future of CBD hemp flower is promising, with more studies being conducted every day about the compound and its effects. The industry is booming and will only continue to! As the years progress, we can hope that more information arises surrounding the effects of this all-natural, versatile plant.
